Clean and modern accommodation offers excellent perks like free pastries and refreshing iced fruit. The onsen on the top floor creates a relaxing experience amidst lovely city views. Room sizes can feel cramped for families, and the layout may take a bit to get accustomed to. While the breakfast buffet boasts a good mix of dishes, dining options outside the hotel are somewhat limited.

The hot spring bath was a total bliss! The ambience was calming and refreshing. Warm water and the aromatic floating fruits didn't only rejuvenate me but also filled my dull soul with a magical sensation. The snow lantern festival that's quite close to the hotel was an unforgettable experience. , the surrounding convenience stores and bus stopmade it effortless to explore the area.
The WiFi signal wasn't strong causing trouble to upload pictures. the room could have been cleaner as I saw few bugs up on arrival.

The hot springs on the hotel rooftop were a highlight for my Thanksgiving trip. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions and complimentary coffee in the lobby. the location was also great, with easy access to popular tourist spots and restaurants.
The hotel staff was not flexible with my check-out time. I had a late flight and requested a later check-out, but it was denied.
